Fitness Testing is a feature within the Results Tracker section, only available for Premium plans.
Step 1: To record your clients fitness testing data eg; 1 Rep Max, 5km Time Trial etc. from the Client Page, select the 3-dots next to your clients name, select ‘Go to Client Dashboard’.
Step 2: Under the ‘Results Tracker’ tab, select ‘Fitness Testing’ then choose from the options listed by clicking the 3 dot drop down menu which variable you will be measuring – Strength / Conditioning or add your own metric category. Select ‘Add a test’ then enter the exercise testing details in the pop up data boxes.
In this example, I have named the testing exercise as "1km Run" and selected "time" for the variable that I wish to track. You will then need to tell the system what parameter you will be measuring your variable (time) against - being either "highest" or "lowest".
For a 1km Run, the goal is to get the quickest possible time so you are wanting the "lowest" (measure) for time (variable).
You will be able to select up to 3 variables per test and will need to choose how to measure each one.
Step 3: Once you have set up your test exercises, select the exercise you will be testing and click ‘New Result’ to enter the clients data, then ‘Save’ your clients data for it to be added to their dashboard.
Here is what an exercise test looks like with data. If you have more than one tracking variable you will be able to toggle between them and the graph data and current/personal best/starting input/goal data will change accordingly.
