1. Capture the Problem
Take a screenshot or record a video of the issue
2. Share Your Capture With Us:
Once you've recorded the issue, upload the video or a screenshot directly through the app or through this link - REPORT TECHNICAL ISSUE.
How to Report Technical Issue
Step 1: Screen record a video or take screenshots of the app bug
Step 2: On your iPad or mobile device, in the top right corner there will be a cog (or on some pages of the mobile - your initials), this is your 'Settings'. When clicked on, a pop-up will appear, please select 'Report Technical Issue'.
Step 3: Please fill out the request form and attach a video or screenshots of your apps bug issue.
In the description box, please carefully describe the issue you are having so that our technical team can best assist. The more descriptive you are with telling us where in the session the issue is presenting, the better we will be able to identify where the issue is.
Example:
1. Exercise video is not appearing for exercise A2 in 'play mode'
2. When I click the "Play All" button for the first Interval template, the timer is not counting down, it is just staying on 'work time 30 seconds'
3. Exercise names and exercise GIFs are not matching up, it is all muddled up.
