Client Compliance allows you to see how committed your clients are tracking with their program. It allows you a quick look to see which clients you may need to touch base with if they are falling behind in their compliance.
Client Compliance Rating (CCR) is calculated by the number of sessions completed by a client in their current program. For example, John has a program that is 4 weeks in length with 8 total sessions, averaging 2 sessions per week. John completes 1 out of 2 sessions in his first week, so his CCR will calculate to 50%. However, if John were to 'catch up' and complete his 8 total sessions by the finish date of his program his rating would calculate back up to 100%.
Step 1: From your dashboard, click on 'Client Compliances’ from the menu bar on the left of the screen.
Step 2: Use the search bar to find the client you are looking for. To search for clients who are lagging behind in their compliance in their current program, click on the arrows next to 'Client Compliance' twice.
Client Compliance can also be found on each clients Dashboard under Result Tracker. You can get to the Client Dashboard page by clicking on the client name on the Client Compliance page.
