There are five exercise template options to choose from: Warm Up / Cool Down, Single Exercise, Superset / Circuit, AMRAP and Intervals.
Step 1: Once you have created your exercise template eg single exercise, superset / circuit you will now search for the exercise you want to prescribe then drag and drop it into the template.
Click on the search bar and type in the exercise you are looking for.
Step 2: Click on the exercise and drag it into the template.
The exercise has now been populated into the template.
