There are five templates you can choose from to be added into a session: Warm Up, Single Exercise, Superset / Circuit, AMRAP and Intervals.
Add a Single Exercise template to your session
Step 1: Create a ‘Single Exercise’ template by selecting it from the options provided; Warm up, Single exercise, Superset / Circuit, AMRAP or Intervals.
Step 2: Type in the exercise you wish to add in the ‘Search bar’ and drag the tile of your chosen exercise into the created template.
Step 3: Prescribe the exercises Instructions, select data recordings and coach notes as needed.
