There are five templates you can choose from to be added into a session: Warm Up, Single Exercise, Superset / Circuit, AMRAP and Intervals.
There are two ways to set up an Interval template. Either by using the 'Master Timer' or the 'Sets Timer' on the interval pop-up. The Master Timer allows you to set up the template for the sets to have the same timed period (work/rest/recover) for each set while the Set Timer allows you to enter in different times for each set.
Step 1: Create a ‘Interval’ template by selecting it from the options provided; Warm up, Single exercise, Superset / Circuit, AMRAP or Intervals then input the amount of exercises and sets in the pop up.
Step 2: Select ‘Master Timer’ if you wish the intervals to be of the same duration for each set, or select ‘Set Timer’ if you want each set to be various durations. Enter your work and rest periods for the intervals.
From using the Master or Sets Timers, your data will populate into the template like this once you drag your exercise into it;
Step 3: Type in the exercise you wish to add in the ‘Search bar’ and drag the tile of your chosen exercise into the created template.
Step 4: Complete programming the Interval by checking the box which you would like the user to record when training.
