There are five templates you can choose from to be added into a session: Warm Up, Single Exercise, Superset / Circuit, AMRAP and Intervals.
Step 1: Create an AMRAP template by selecting it from the options provided; Warm up, Single exercise, Superset / Circuit, AMRAP or Intervals then input the amount of exercises and amount of time for the AMRAP in the pop up. Click the Create button.
Step 2: Type in the exercise you wish to add in the ‘Search bar’ and drag the tile of your chosen exercise into the created template.
Step 3: Complete programming the AMRAP by clicking the drop down for ‘Instruction Select’ then choose the exercise variables and enter the amount. Check the recordings data box if you would like the user to record data while training.
