There are five templates you can choose from to be added into a session: Warm Up, Single Exercise, Superset / Circuit, AMRAP and Intervals.
Add a Warm Up or Import Saved Warm Up
Step 1: Select Warm Up from the template options then enter the amount of exercises and sets you will program for this template.
Step 2: Type in the exercise you wish to add in the ‘Search bar’ and drag the tile of your chosen exercise into the created template. Fill in 'Instruction Select', Data Recordings and Coach Notes as needed.
Step 3: Alternatively you can select ‘Search Saved Warm ups’ to upload a previously programmed warm up template.
Step 4: Find your saved warm up templates in the ‘Sub Folder’, then select which warm up template you will be adding to your program.
Step 5: If you hover over a Saved Warm Up, you will be able to see the exercises programmed within that Warm Up to the left. Click on the Warm Up you would like to be added to your session.
Once clicked on, your Warm Up will import into the Workout Builder with the prescribed Instructions. Here you will be able to edit the prescribed Instructions, add Coach Notes, and client to record data.
