There are five templates you can choose from to be added into a session: Warm Up, Single Exercise, Superset / Circuit, AMRAP and Intervals.
Step 1: Create a Superset / Circuit template by selecting it from the options provided; Warm up, Single exercise, Superset / Circuit, AMRAP or Intervals then input the amount of exercises and sets in the pop up. Click Create
Step 2: Type in the exercise you wish to add in the ‘Search bar’ and drag the tile of your chosen exercise into the created template.
Step 3: Complete programming the Superset / Circuit by clicking the drop down for ‘Instruction Select’ then choose the exercise variables and enter the amount. Check the recordings data box if you would like the user to record data while training.
