| Note: There are two ways to Import a Session - through a clients Program Builder page or on the Program Builder page within a Master Program. |
Step 1: On the ‘Clients’ page, select which client you will be importing a saved session for and click ‘Create Program’.
Step 2: Enter program details in the pop up box to create the training program.
Step 3: On the ‘Client Program Builder’ page, click ‘Import Saved Sessions’
Step 4: Select from either 'Shared' or 'Personal' and then select your ‘Sub Folder’ for your saved session. All sessions saved within this sub folder will appear and you will be able to hover over the sessions and see what templates and exercises are prescribed in that session.
Once a session has been selected, it will populate into the Program Builder
