How to Delete Your Clients Current Training Program

On occasion, your client will have started a program that you wish to delete, or that they want deleted. Maybe they want to be on a different program or you assigned the wrong Master Program to them - this is a convenient way to delete their 'Current Program' without needing to 'complete' all sessions within the App.

Step 1: From your Dashboard, click on ‘Clients’ on the menu bar from the left of screen. 

Step 2: Find your client you want to delete their current program for then click the 3 dot menu button. Select ‘Clients Program History’ from the drop down menu. 

Step 3: You will be taken to the ‘Client Dashboard’ onto the 'Program History' tab. Please select, ‘Current Program’.

Step 4: Select ‘Edit a Session’ from their Current Program.

Step5: You will be taken to the clients program where you will be able to make edits. Here select 'Save as Draft' in the top right corner. 

Step 6: Go back to your client list and find the client you are deleting the current program for. You will now see in the 'Upcoming Program Status' column, the status of the program is now in orange and has changed to ‘Draft’. Select the 3 dot menu button and then select ‘Delete Draft Program’.

Step 7: Confirm you want to delete this clients program.

Step 8: Search the client you have just deleted the program for, now in the 'Upcoming Program Status' column, you will see the button has changed to 'Create Program'. Now you will be able to write your client a new program, or assign a Master Program to them.
