Copy / Paste Session

Step 1: From your ‘Clients’ list, select which client you will be copy / pasting a session for and click ‘Create Program’. Enter program details into the pop-up.

Step 2: On the ‘Client Program Builder’ page create a session for your program.

Step 3: Once you have created a session, you can click the 3 dot drop down menu button and select ‘Copy’

Step 4: Select the session you want to ‘Paste’ the copied session into and click the 3 dot drop menu button, then click ‘Paste’.

The copied session has been pasted into Session 2
