Creating a Duplicate Program allows a trainer to create a weeks worth of sessions and then select the 'duplicate' feature which will repeat this week for the complete length of the client's program (specified number of weeks). This is commonly known as a 'Training Cycle' or a 'Program Cycle'. This terminology reflects the planned and structured repetition of exercises over a defined timeframe.
A Duplicate Program will activate the 'recording history' function, allowing the user to view their programs 'Recorded Data' of the weeks previous and add notes to assist with progression tracking.
Step 1: From your ‘Clients’ list, select which client you will be creating a (duplicate) program for and click ‘Create Program’.
Step 2: On the ‘Client Program Builder’ page, create each session of your program for the first week.
Step 3: Once you have completed your first week of sessions, click the 'Duplicate’ toggle button at the bottom of the program.
Step 4: You will now be able to 'Save' your program and it will be deployed to your client on the completion of their Current Program.
Program History on iPad and Mobile
By creating a Duplicate Program, you turn on the 'Program History' feature. A client will be able to track their progression over the programs weeks with whatever data the trainer has asked the client to record.
