Sometimes you will want to make changes to one of your clients sessions when they have already started their program. You will be able to do this by editing their program, however if your client has a Duplicate Program, it will effect some features like Program History for Recordings. This article will go over how to make these changes and what effects it will have on your clients program.
Duplicate Program - a duplicate program repeats the first weeks sessions over the duration of the program length, this is known as a 'training cycle' or 'program cycle'. When the duplicate feature is turned on, it activates the clients 'Recording History' function, allowing the user to view previous week's recorded data and add notes to assist with progression tracking.
There are a four ways to make changes to a program, these are;
- Changing out an exercise with another (Step 5)
- Changing an existing exercises exercise instructions (Step 8)
- Changing an existing exercises recording data / adding coach notes (Step 10)
- Adding a new template (Step 12)
If you are making changes to a duplicate program, these changes will appear with an orange line marked around the week that the change was made to and the change will take effect in all subsequent weeks.
